The mandate consisted of producing plans showing all 6.5 km of streets where 622 parking meters were to be replaced with 105 electronic pay and display machines in order to manage street parking in Hull.
This project required expertise in the field of underground infrastructures as well as a sense of innovation since this type of project had never been done before.
